The Western Investment Collection is a consulting company and sales team operating from a unique perspective: the intersection of development, construction, trend forecasting, and sales. With decades of experience guiding and selling high-end homes, they provide independent judgment, design literacy, and disciplined oversight to each project, maintaining transparency and a selective process.
Our Services
We provide independent owner representation for residential development, offering clear direction through site selection, design coordination, construction oversight, and project turnover.
Sales representation is available post-construction.
Our role is to guide decisions at each critical moment in a project, align teams and priorities, and protect the integrity of the design and client-prerogative from start to finish.
We work deliberately and without conflicts of interest, ensuring every home is shaped with care, clarity, and a sense of purpose.
Unlike any other colleagues or competitors, we sell through the practice of knowing construction and finishes with the ability to articulate value in workmanship and materials. We are educated in the labor, sourcing, and craftsmanship required to build a home with years of education and practice.
Residential Resale
Flat fee of $100,000 for all resale properties in Paradise Valley, Arizona and select Scottsdale and Phoenix locations
Routine buyer needs include vacant land of 1+ Acre(s), tear-down properties, and significant remodel opportunities.
3% Buyer-Broker Commission for all purchases
Owner Representation
Fees Evaluated Case-by-Case
For new projects completed within 2 years of contract execution
Full-service, independent oversight and direction. We help guide in design, construction and goal-alignment for new-construction or remodel projects.
New-Construction Sales
Flat-fee of $100,000 for all new-construction commissions
All New-Construction clients will benefit from years of contract negotiations and proprietorial contract terms tested through millions of dollars of successfully closed properties.
Project Acquisition
3% Buyer-Broker Commission
Fiduciary Representation. A representative will collect project qualifiers and identify available opportunities, negotiate and assist through close-of-escrow.
General Consult & Evaluation
Billed in 1hr increments at $500.
Paid in advance
Best for existing-project evaluation, project-market-positioning or any other general discussion without any commitment. Two representatives will be in attendance at all meetings. This is not a listing appointment.
Carried Interest Ventures
Percentage of Ownership in Investment Projects
For a negotiated percentage of ownership, evaluated on a case-by-case basis, we offer our expertise in design, our connection within the building industry and our project management skills for the objective of profit. We reserve the right to refuse any prospective opportunity and welcome creative partners to apply.
